Вопросы количественной оценки степени тяжести лесных пожаров

Аннотация
Статья посвящена оценке степени выгорания лесов. Увеличение количества и частотности пожаров в лесах диктует необходимость исследования усредненных показателей интенсивности пожаров. Предложен новый относительный показатель, названный авторами «степенью несгораемости». Также предложены диаграммы нормировки результатов рассмотрения некоторого упорядоченного множества оценок P NBR r , характеризующие предполагаемые тенденции изменения P NBR post при увеличении P NBR r . С учетом введенной оценки в виде интегрального функционала F и введенных диаграмм, составлена вариационная задача оптимизации функционала F. Решение задачи оптимизации показало, что при почти линейной убывающей связи между P NBR post и P NBR r можно ожидать достижения F максимальной величины. Предложен новый среднеинтегральный показатель степени тяжести лесных пожаров. Определено соотношение известных показателей P NBR post и P NBR r при котором вновь введенный показатель достигает максимума.
